The primary responsibility of this role is to pick, pack, and ship inventory for orders and service jobs efficiently and accurately. Additionally, the warehouse associate will be responsible for entering relevant data into our computer system to maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

General warehouse operations include shipping/receiving, picking/packing & organizing for jobs, orders and stock Support field services teams by supllying correct parts based on analysis and usage requirements Support government GSA and DLA business orders Perform other duties as assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Perform picking tasks by locating and retrieving items Ensure accurate packing of products Utilize computer systems to record and track inventory Maintain clean, organized work area Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes Communicate and coordinate with other departments Assist with inventory management tasks such as cycle count, stock replenishment, and stock rotation Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety regulations Adhere to quality control standards and contribute to continous improvement initiatives Pick up and deliver parts inventory and other supplies as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass preemployment drug screening and backbround check Must be able to perform physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures Strong attention to detail Proven experience in a warehouse setting Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize Good communication skills Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
