We aren’t just searching for an order picker or forklift driver—we want someone who takes ownership of their role and is looking for a long-term career. Qualifications:

• 5+ years of computer experience required, including proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and inventory incoming merchandise in a timely manner.
• Accurately pick, prepare, and process outgoing orders.
• Track inventory using our warehouse management system.
• Safely operate heavy equipment (reach trucks, order pickers, etc.).
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, following all safety protocols.

As a BFS Warehouse Specialist, you’ll be essential to our operations. Your experience in materials handling, safety compliance, and inventory management will help ensure our distribution center remains organized and efficient.
