• setting the tone for everything that follows. Job Description We’re looking for a dependable and driven Warehouse Specialist to join our operations team in Memphis, TN. In this full-time, hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the flow and accuracy of inventory
• from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping.

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with regular hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and overtime available during peak season. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy Support inventory control processes, including regular cycle counts Operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Operate handheld devices through our Warehouse Management System (WMS) Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times Communicate with team members to quickly resolve issues Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience with systems like RF-SMART and NetSuite is a plus Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Forklift certification is a plus, but not required Schedule Monday through Friday (Some Saturday work during peak season)
