Yard Worker Position Available In Shelby, Tennessee

Aerotek is hiring a Yard Worker Responsibilities Check in vehicles using a handheld device to record detailed information. Operate equipment to determine the quality of cars and document any visible damage. Take photographs of vehicles as needed. Ensure each vehicle is treated with care, regardless of its condition. Assist in the cleaning and preparation of vehicles for auction. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Essential Skills General labor experience. Attention to detail. Ability to use cellphone-type devices. Self-starter and self-motivating attitude. Comfortable standing and walking all day. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to be trained on new processes. Experience in yard work or related fields is a plus. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. You will be working outdoors in a junkyard/lot setting, so be prepared to work in various weather conditions. The role requires being on your feet, walking, and standing all day. Comprehensive training on software and job processes is provided. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Millington, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
