Job Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks/Execution Complete assigned duties to a high standard Complete approved customer requests Clean something if it’s dirty Construction site cleanup and organization Buck hoist operation General labor Pressure Washing Team Work Help others complete cleaning tasks Welcome and assist new team members Identify cleaning needs and problems Representing Demonstrate FMS core values, professionalism, and positivity PPE/Uniform Communicating Relay information to supervisor and teammates Being Safe Follow FMS and Customer safety policies and procedures Securing areas as required Communicating suspicious behaviors and unsafe conditions Job Requirements As an FMS Team Member, you must be able to: 1) Lift, push or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs. 2) Squat, bend, stoop, and reach 3) Perform overhead reaching 4) Perform repetitive arm and hand movements for long periods of time 5) Walk distances over 100 yds. for long periods of time 6) Work in noisy environments 7) Work in warm and/or chilly environments 8) Fill out simple paperwork
