Warehouse Associate 1Direction Lebanon, TN 37087 Overview Seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for warehouse positions. We currently seeking candidates for a 1st shift Shipping/Receiving position and a 1st shift Machine Operator position. The hours for both positions are 6 am – 2:30 pm Monday – Friday with $1.00 per hour bonus during any week in which you have perfect attendance. The company is located in Lebanon, and is looking for individuals that are ready to work and strictly adhere to their work schedule. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment along with the specific experience required for each position. Duties Shipping/Receiving Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move products safely and efficiently. Assist with inventory control by accurately tracking stock levels and conducting regular counts. Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment as needed. Stock shelves and organize products in designated areas for easy access. Execute picking and packing tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to streamline order fulfillment processes. Must be able to read a Bill of Lading Must have a valid Driver’s License Machine Operator Machine set-up, operation, monitoring, production lines, or automated equipment. Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected. Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order. Ability to read a tape measure. Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations. Read and follow job orders. Ability to read blueprints. OSHA training Determine the required materials and products. Prepare and set up machines for production – clean, calibrate, etc. Insert the components and raw materials into the machine. Carry out machine operation tests. Control and run the machine to the fullest extent. Being able to maintain the machine and troubleshoot arising issues. Quality control. Technical/vocational training a plus.

10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Overtime Weekends as needed
