Job Description Summary:
Aviagen is hiring for a Dispatcher/Logistical Coordinator for the Feed Mill. This position will be responsible for receiving feed orders, managing ingredients, and dispatching drivers to farms.
Job Description:
Receives feed orders and coordinates with Poultry Specialist Reviews feed orders and input data into spreadsheets Schedules, Records, and Files reclaim feed request Ingredient inventory management and requisition Operates scale house and receives BOL for all ingredients Coordinates/pairs loads and Dispatches drivers to farms Delegate workload to drivers, while trying to balance driving hours evenly Reviews feed mill bins and farm bins to ensure a fluid unloading process Inputs ingredients, vendors, and customers in the Control program
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Computer Experience is necessary, with fluidity in Microsoft Excel.
