Job Summary Responsible for the daily scheduling of manufacturing activities which relates to the execution of the finite schedule. Coordinates with planning to develop scheduling rules to meet inventory levels and master schedule requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities In conjunction with the dates generated by our IT system, develops daily finite schedule based on the customer requirements to prioritize orders. Coordinates (communicates) with sales group to establish order sequence priorities. Informs sales group when customer order expectations will not be met to allow for customer negotiation. Establishes priorities and resolves scheduling conflicts involving manufacturing and planning personnel. Reviews and analyzes capacity and labor requirements with operations in order to develop daily schedule. Confers with the process supervisors to determine order requirements and status while resolving schedule conflicts. Develops scheduling alternatives to maintain operational efficiency and meet delivery deadlines. Expedites and/or reschedules operation bottlenecks which are causing delays in an order completion and/or delivery fulfillment to the next process or customer. Comply with YKK’s Compliance Program including Environmental, Quality, Health & Safety, and Confidential Information Management guidelines. Qualifications and Requirements Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to ten years of related experience in manufacturing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
