Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cross Bore Coordinator / Waste water Pipeline Inspector to support the Cross Bore Program, working closely with the Program Manager and Lead Analyst throughout all phases of sewer inspection and cross bore remediation efforts. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring project execution, data accuracy, deliverable quality, and communication across teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, candidates with experience in wastewater treatment and heavy equipment operation will find this role aligned with their skillset. Field knowledge of sewer systems and environmental data collection is a strong asset. This is a hybrid role involving project coordination, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and occasional fieldwork. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, bring strong organizational skills, and demonstrate familiarity with utility or construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross bore experience.

Sewer / Waste

water Management. Sewer inspection. Assist with full lifecycle project management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout Monitor sewer inspection video and data submissions for completeness and accuracy Manage deliverables: organize, store, and ensure quality standards are met Maintain project schedules, budgets, work packages, and invoice tracking Generate and distribute project reports in Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Power BI, and other formats Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with program protocols and specifications Support change management initiatives and document outcomes of team and contractor meetings Identify deficiencies and support corrective actions with documented tracking and resolution plans Drive process improvements using feedback, inspections, and data insights Engage in occasional field visits as needed to support field staff and verify operations Utilize platforms such as GIS, Work Management Systems, Excel, and other enterprise tools for reporting and communication

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in sewer inspection, wastewater treatment, utility construction, or related environments Hands-on knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and operation Proficiency in data collection, review, and reporting Experience working with municipal agencies or within utility programs Familiarity with project management methodologies and documentation control Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities considered an asset

Work Environment:

Primarily office-based with one remote day (Fridays) Occasional fieldwork required (site inspections, contractor coordination, equipment verification) PPE may be required for field visits depending on site-specific safety protocols
