Zero Waste Program Manager
Brookline seeks a mission-driven Zero Waste Program Manager to lead innovative waste reduction programs including recycling, composting, education, and compliance. This position manages staff, engages with residents, and coordinates with state agencies and community partners to advance Brookline’s ambitious sustainability goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, public policy, or related field and three to five years relevant experience in sustainable waste operations, public outreach, program development, and grant writing. required. OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) and valid driver’s license required.
Salary range:
$83,343 – $94,299, commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits, including four weeks vacation. Apply by June 29 for priority consideration.
