Violations Coordinator Confidential Fayetteville, NC 28303 This is an entry level position with room for advancement. The ideal candidate would possess effective communication skills and be very detail oriented. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft office and possess a solid understanding of today’s technology. The Violations Coordinator is responsible for visiting several properties on a daily basis to assess for violations of the Restrictive Covenants, notifies the homeowner in writing, and coordinates the resolution of the violations. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
