Role:

Seeking individuals with experience in adult learning, training technical topics, procedure writing, and records review. This employee will develop and coordinate in-person and computer-based training programs; develop training modules and supplemental testing/certification/qualification evaluations (as applicable); develop reports and training dashboards; and conduct QA/QC training audits. The most successful candidate is one that can learn and demonstrate the technical and regulatory aspects of utility operations including electric, fiber, gas, water, and wastewater. Strong organizational, analytical, and IT skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities, passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to work within a team. May require beyond normal business hours or standby support to programs.

Qualifications Physical Requirements:

Works primarily in an office setting, but regular field visits and activities are required.

These field visits may include:

emergency response activities and support beyond normal business hours, lifting, and mobility over rough terrain. Requires bending, stooping, lifting, and working in awkward and strenuous positions at times.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field such as environmental science, natural resources, safety, or other technical discipline Strong PC skills including the Office 365 platform (Excel, PPT, Teams, etc) IT skills such as database management, audio / video recording, querying data, etc. Strong analytical and project management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent customer service skills Strong interpersonal and team skills Ability to work independently on projects in a timely manner Valid driver’s license

Preferred Requirements:

3-5 years of experience coordinating and overseeing regulatory, required training 3-5 years of experience in program and project management related to compliance Experience with utility operations (i.e., hazards and mitigations associated with natural gas, electric, water, and wastewater utilities) Selection Process About the
