Sanitation Technician Gleam & Glow Cleaners Naples, FL 34119 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an understanding of various cleaning techniques and equipment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors. Handle carpet cleaning tasks as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with additional custodial duties as required to support overall facility maintenance. Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with custodial practices, including the use of various cleaning products and equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. A background in customer service is a plus, enhancing interactions with clients during service delivery.
