Are you ready to get your hands dirty and help keep Century running strong? The Town of Century is looking for a dedicated, safety-minded, and motivated Waste Water Department Utility Worker to join our team!
What Youll Do:
You’ll be out in the field, ensuring the safe and reliable sewer services to our residents and businesses. From responding to system emergencies to installing and maintaining critical infrastructureyou’ll be a frontline hero in our essential services team.
What Were Looking For:
We’re seeking candidates with a high school diploma or GED, a valid Florida Drivers License, and ideally, some experience working with water or sewer systems or underground utilities. If youre not already certified, dont worrywell help you get there!
You Should Be
- Skilled with tools and equipment
- Comfortable with maps, meters, and mobile devices
- Physically able to lift, dig, and work in the elements
