The company acquires the majority of its products through demolition salvage and retrieval operations. The Electric Barn is seeking a laborer to assist in the removal and recycling of electrical equipment from demo and salvage operations. Responsibilities

• assist members of demo team with the removal of electrical equipment from job site in a safe manor.
• prepare stock items for storage. This includes but is not limited to disassembling, cleaning, sorting, and packing of stock items.
• prepare toolboxes and equipment for use.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Identify, separate, and recycle precious metals.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality control standards and comply with procedures and rules Skills
• Proven working experience as a construction/demo worker
• experience using hand and power tools
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift 70lbs
• forklift and pallet jack experience
• ability to identify various metals
• OSHA 10 Safety Certification is required for this position.
