Seal Coater ASJ Carter LLC Longs, SC 29568 Cleaning the driveway surface by sweeping, blowing, or pressure washing to remove dirt, debris, and loose material. Identifying and repairing cracks and minor surface damage using appropriate materials like crack filler. Mixing the sealant (typically asphalt-based) according to manufacturer instructions and applying it evenly to the driveway surface using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Ensuring proper drying and curing times for the sealant, which can vary based on weather conditions. Safely operating and maintaining equipment like blowers, brushes, and sealant application tools. Maintaining a safe work environment by following safety procedures, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensuring proper traffic control. Loading, unloading, and hauling materials, including sealant, sand, and other necessary supplies. Assisting with various tasks related to the job, such as moving equipment, setting up barricades, and cleaning up the work area. Effectively communicating with crew members and supervisors, and working collaboratively to complete projects efficiently.
