Adecco is hiring Residential Janitorial Techs for our client, a reputable real estate management firm.. Our Barre, VT location is seeking a dedicated and dependable Janitor to support the cleanliness and maintenance of our residentialmunity.
Position Summary
The Janitor will ensure that the residential property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role is essential to creating a weing and hygienic environment for residents and visitors. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning and upkeep ofmon areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, stairwells, and restrooms
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors as needed
Empty trash and recycling bins, and remove debris from property grounds
Clean windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces
Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, replacing air filters)
any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the Property Manager
Maintain janitorial supplies and request replacements when necessary
Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months (shoveling, salting, etc.)
Ensurepliance with safety procedures andpany policies at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to use standard cleaning equipment and supplies safely
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and ability to report to work as scheduled
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions
Must be able to pass background check

Pay Details:

$21.00 per hour
