Role:

We’re hiring a people-first Scheduling Team Leader to guide and support our team of agents in a fast-paced, high-energy scheduling department. This is a non-calling leadership role focused on team support, quality control, coaching, and goal alignment. You’ll be the go-to person on the floor—making sure schedules run smoothly, agents stay on task, and the team culture stays upbeat and focused. What You’ll Do:

Assign daily scheduling tasks and balance team workloads Review calls and texts for quality, consistency, and compliance Provide real-time support, guidance, and problem-solving Lead brief team check-ins and foster a motivating environment Coach agents on scripting, tone, and objection handling Collaborate with management on training and performance updates Support new hire onboarding and process rollouts

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year in scheduling, customer service, or call center work Experience in team leadership or quality coaching is a plus Strong multitasking and communication skills Tech-savvy with CRM and communication platforms Positive energy and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
