Duties Supervise and mentor call center agents to enhance performance and productivity. Monitor calls and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve service quality. Analyze call center metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop training programs that equip staff with the necessary skills for effective customer interactions. Collaborate with management to set goals, implement strategies, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Negotiate with clients when necessary to resolve issues or enhance service offerings. Maintain a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high morale. Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a call center environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues effectively. Proficient in analyzing data to drive performance improvements. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual capabilities are a plus. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members. Experience in sales is beneficial for understanding customer needs and driving results.
