Job Description:

Base salary plus bonus opportunities! We are looking for a sales

  • oriented Contact Center Supervisor to manage our patient appointment setting team in our contact center environment. The position will manage the day
  • to•day activities of the Customer Service teams in a fast paced, target driven sales environment.

The ideal candidate must possess great communication skills and be able to lead and motivate. You will be organized and reliable as well as results oriented.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze metrics and establish key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Accomplishes performance objectives by training, assigning, coaching, and counseling employees; setting lunch and break schedules to ensure proper staffing; communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of the patient care representatives; enforcing policies and procedures
  • Utilize phone system (ACD) to manage contact center availability and minimize abandoned calls
  • Train new representatives on our contact center scripts and customer service tools
  • Able to take and make calls when needed
  • Take escalated calls when needed
  • Listen to calls (QA) and coach patient care representatives on any improvement needed
  • Assist the director in setting and managing individual performance goals (8 appointments set and minimum of 120 outbound calls made)
  • Utilize spreadsheets and reports to monitor adherence and performance
  • Perform other duties assigned by the
Contact Center Director Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a contact center environment
  • Working knowledge of Google office applications as well as Word, Excel
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Flexible with ability to work under pressure
