Responsibilities:

Demonstrated ability to Lead, Organize and Motivate a team of Customer Service Sales Representatives in executing client applications by consulting and advising them of our process and the potential of personal unsecured loan options that may be available to them. Generate new, and creative ideas, and processes that will enable the department, and the company to meet and exceed productivity and profitability goals. Manage, and coordinate Sales Representatives pipeline activity to maximize production and efficiency Ensure adherence to all internal and industry compliance regulations Conducts daily team huddles and weekly team meetings to ensure employee awareness of personal and company goals and to facilitate a collaborative environment Maintains productivity standards by examining daily workload volumes, prioritizing work efforts, and developing timely and accurate forecasts and goal for assigned teams Reviews and analyzes data and monthly metric goals and results to improve performance Identifies causes of performance deficiencies and executes performance improvement plans Analyzes data to identify training needs, potential lost revenue, and other areas of improvement Assists the General Manager and Co-General Manager to Implements appropriate staffing plans. Works with executive leadership team to support site level strategy through alignment of programs and initiatives and assisting with related implementation and execution Holds sales representatives accountable for individual, and team performance, and improvement Performs other projects or special assignments as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

Demonstrated track record of successfully leading sales teams of 30 people or more staff members. 3 years of call center sales experience in finance or related professions (required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English – Bilingual (English/Spanish) required! Ability to effectively utilize and train consultative sales tactics Resourceful time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications Strong ability and determination to drive performance while maintaining a fun, positive and motivating work environment Strong interpersonal skills Full-time schedule availability (day and evening shifts) What we offer: Generous base pay + bonus incentives for achieving and exceeding established company goals Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits after 60 days of employment Weekly pay
