We help residents reduce their utility bills and improve property value with long-term energy efficiency strategies. We are seeking a high-performance Call Center Manager to run our outbound lead generation and appointment-setting operations. This full-time, in-office position is based at our Miami headquarters. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 30+ outbound agents, including appointment setters, QA, and customer service staff Implement effective lead generation strategies across multiple verticals (solar, roofing etc.) Build performance dashboards and monitor real-time conversion metrics Recruit, train, and coach agents on scripts, objection handling, and product offering details Manage CRM systems and predictive dialers to optimize productivity Ensure legal compliance (TCPA, DNC, etc.) across all communications Coordinate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure quality handoffs and booked meetings Requirements Minimum 3 years managing a high-volume outbound B2C call center Experience in energy, home services, or high-ticket sales preferred Proficient in CRM systems, dialer platforms, and data analytics Excellent scripting and coaching skills; performance-obsessed Strong leadership and team-building abilities Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
