We are seeking to hire a Client Service Supervisor for ourlovely and quaint call center department, located in Miami Lakes.
This is a Monday through Friday, morning shift and sometimes doesrequire overtime. Data oriented 3 years experience in a ClientService Supervisor role Strong de-escalation skills Great customerservice and communication skills Proven Leadership skills andconflict resolution Highly motivated call center and salessupervisor Pro-active, energetic supervisor with the ability tomotivate teams Develop underperforming representatives intomanagement potential Strong communication and presentation skillsOutbound / Inbound conflict de-escalation call center experienceCall Center Relations Training and Development Ensurerepresentatives understand and comply with all call centerobjectives, performance standards, and policies Collaborate withmanagement team members to support our representatives and maximizecustomer satisfaction Met or exceeded KPS’s such as AHT, sales,internal quality monitoring, and adherence through weeklydevelopment.
