Are you an experienced sales professional ready to step into leadership? Do you have a passion for coaching, driving performance, and creating a high-energy team culture? We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of outbound Inside Sales Representatives in our Boca Raton call center .

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Motivate a team of 8-12 sales representatives making outbound calls to warm leads Coach in real-time to improve pitch, closing techniques, and script compliance Monitor KPIs including call volume, conversions, and revenue performance Conduct daily huddles, sales contests, and one-on-one coaching Report performance trends and provide feedback to upper management Maintain a fun, competitive, and goal-oriented team environment

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in sales (call center or inside sales preferred) 1+ year of experience in a leadership, coaching, or supervisory role Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals Strong communicator with high energy and a positive, hands-on attitude Comfortable working on-site in our Boca Raton office

Compensation & Perks:

Base salary: $50,000

Monday

• Friday, 8:30 AM
• 8:30 PM (rotating Saturdays required) 100% in-office
