Essential Responsibilities:

Lead call center staff, both on location and remote Liaise between field personnel and call center Create staff development initiatives Act as call center agent, as needed Ensure call center agent quotas are met Update all procedures relevant to call center Oversee call documentation for all properties Other responsibilities, as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred At least 3 years of demonstrated customer service experience Possess supervisory experience Manage sensitive and critical information Self-storage experience, preferred Call center experience, preferred Possess a self-driven, self-starting, goal-oriented work ethic Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.
