What You’ll Do:
Lead, train, and manage a high-performing team of Call Center Representatives Oversee daily operations and appointment scheduling for our sales team Confirm customer appointments and ensure scheduling accuracy Manage inbound and outbound call flows Maintain top-tier customer service standards Monitor and meet performance goals, quotas, and KPIs Work closely with sales and operations to optimize results
