ASAP A well-established organization in Sarasota is hiring a Call Center / BDC Manager to lead and optimize a high-performing inbound and outbound customer service and sales team. Role Overview:

You’ll oversee daily operations of a Business Development Center (BDC), managing both inbound appointment scheduling and outbound customer outreach efforts. You’ll be responsible for achieving key performance indicators, enhancing call center operations, and ensuring smooth alignment between departments to deliver top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of the BDC / Call Center, supporting inbound and outbound activities Build and standardize efficient, scalable call center processes Drive KPI performance (conversion rates, customer satisfaction, hold times, etc.) Ensure exceptional customer service delivery across all channels Coach, mentor, and support a team of representatives to ensure performance goals are met Collaborate cross-functionally to implement service and process improvements Monitor call data and trends, providing reporting and recommendations Manage operational expenses (OPEX) and support cost-efficiency initiatives

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Call Center or BDC Management 2+ years in operational process improvement and cost management Experience leading both inbound and outbound service/sales teams Proven track record of driving performance against measurable KPIs Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills Post-secondary education in Business Administration or relevant work experience Familiarity with CRM and call tracking systems (ServiceTitan is a plus) Industry experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related services is considered an asset

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, full-time, on-site Flexibility to accommodate operational needs is expected

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:

$50,000 – $65,000 per year (commensurate with experience) 401(k) with 3.5% employer match (after 1 year) Health insurance (65% employer-paid after 60 days) Dental, vision, disability, and $15,000 life insurance policy
