We are a rapidly growing home buying and wholesaling company, acquiring properties across key U.S. markets from Texas to Florida. We’re on the hunt for a driven, results-oriented High-Ticket Closer to lead our remote call center team to success. Role Overview:

As our Call Center Manager and High-Ticket Closer, you will have the unique opportunity to build and coach a team of remote cold callers, using your sales expertise to drive performance. You’ll provide guidance and motivation to ensure the team hits its targets while ensuring top-tier performance for each agent. You’ll also be responsible for training, optimizing scripts, and implementing strategies to elevate the team’s closing rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit & Onboard Top Talent

  • Lead the hiring process for new agents and ensure they are equipped for success. Train & Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Build and coach a team of cold callers to drive sales results. Script Optimization & Call Flow Engineering
  • Develop effective call scripts and strategies to maximize lead conversion rates. Track KPIs & Performance Metrics
  • Use data-driven insights to improve individual and team performance. Create a Results-Oriented Culture
  • Foster an environment of accountability, motivation, and high performance. Close High-Ticket Deals
  • Take charge of the most important leads, closing deals while coaching others to do the same.

What You Bring to the

Table:

Proven Experience in managing or closing sales in a call center environment (real estate or wholesaling is a plus). Fluent English with neutral or American accent. Excellent Leadership & Coaching Skills

  • Ability to inspire and develop a remote team. Experience in Real Estate or Wholesaling is a plus! Goal-Oriented and driven by results with a history of high sales performance. Adaptability
