The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily call center operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our team meets performance targets while providing outstanding service to our members. Duties Manage and supervise call center operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting member needs. Lead, train, and mentor call center staff to enhance their skills in customer service and sales. Coordinate call center activities to achieve desired volume according to the business plan. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor calls for professionalism, accuracy and content. Research and solve complex member questions, problems, and/or complaints concerning credit union accounts or account verifications. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Skills Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written format. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. 2 to 3 years of Call Center supervision experience preferred. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding team members. Proven experience in managing customer service operations within a call center environment. Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes. Exceptional negotiating skills that foster positive relationships with members and vendors. Experience in sales techniques that enhance member engagement and satisfaction. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
