The Men With Tools Windows and Doors is looking for a Lead Supervisor – Call Center to join our customer engagement team! As a locally trusted and fast-growing home improvement company, we specialize in high-quality window and door replacement services. Responsibilities Lead daily call center operations with a focus on appointment confirmation and scheduling. Confirm all prior-day appointments with customers to ensure preparedness and maximize sales team efficiency. Schedule new in-home consultations for our experienced Inside Sales Team. Monitor call quality, ensure customer satisfaction, and help coach the team as needed. Support and maintain performance standards and call conversion metrics. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a call center or phone-based customer service/sales role. Proven experience booking or confirming appointments. Strong communication skills and an upbeat, professional phone demeanor. Organizational skills to manage call lists, schedules, and daily confirmations. Experience in home improvement or construction industry is a plus (but not required). Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
