Summary We are seeking an Appointment Call Center Manager to lead our customer appointment team. We are looking for an individual who have managed an appointment call center for a Siding, or Windows company or Pest control, bathroom remodeling, or water treatment company, Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the call center to ensure high-quality customer service. Develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of call center operations. Train, mentor, and manage call center staff to achieve performance targets. Analyze call center metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with sales teams to align customer service efforts with sales goals. Requirements Proven experience in a call center management role or similar position. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
