Customer Support Call Center Manager Confidential Memphis, TN 38132 Maintenance Dispatch Manager To lead, coach and develop a staff who perform the following .This is a highly responsible and detailed clerical work within a major company. Work involves distribution of information and messages by direct personal, written, two-way radio, or telephone contact. Duties and Responsibilities Receives, records and distributes work orders to service crews upon request for maintenance service or repair work from all over the US. Records information such as name, department name, type of work requested or service to be rendered. Keeps record of service and maintenance calls and work orders. Operates standard office equipment such as computers and copiers. Assists in compiling reports related to the units activities. Maintains files on all specific, standing work orders and related information and documents. May interact with vendors in matters regarding supplies and materials. Relays messages and special instructions to service crew via two-way radio. Preforms related work as required. Follows set processes and procedures Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Considerable knowledge of office practices, procedures, equipment and standard clerical techniques. Some knowledge of building maintenance needs and service requirements Ability to obtain the proper in formation through verbal, written, and personal contact. Ability to analyze situations promptly and to determine proper course of action. Ability to deal courteously with maintenance crews, vendors and general public. Ability to read and write English. Work Experience Minimum of two (2) years of related management experience and/or formal vocational/technical training in facility maintenance and operations or service/repair dispatch work. Physical Demands Must be physically capable of stooping, standing and sitting. Must have the ability to maintain assigned work hours. Must have sufficient endurance to perform task over long period of time.
