Support Loan Officers by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing client documentation
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to gather initial information and pre-qualify interest
Maintain and organize client records and leads in the CRM system with accuracy and consistency
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and collect required documents
Assist in coordinating daily team activities and ensuring timely clientmunication
Keep electronic files organized and support overall workflow efficiency
Help onboard new clients and contribute to a smooth, professional experience throughout the loan process
Qualifications:
No prior industry experience required – full administrative and industry training provided
Strong written and verbalmunication skills
