The Role:
The Manager of the Wax Center leads and directs all activities required to achieve all goals, including sales objectives, guest services, human resource management, payroll/ operating expenses and loss prevention while driving both associate and guest engagement Achieve excellent guest service by role modeling the European Wax Center service standards Represent the brand professionally and hold associates accountable to the same standard. Ensure the center delivers an exceptional experience with every guest that walks in the door to build “guests for life”. HR responsibilities such as recruit, interview, onboard, review and dismiss employees and payroll. Manage productive center shifts to ensure the center exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. Communicate business core values, visions, and goals to maximize associate performance, increase sales opportunities and profitability. Celebrate positive associate performance and partners with the District Manager to identify performance opportunities for ongoing feedback and development.
