Client Services Manager Position Available In Jefferson, Alabama

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Services Manager to lead and manage our clients client support team. ONSITE – $90,000 – $100,000 Responsibilities Oversee and manage client service reps and their accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement strategies for improving client service and engagement. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with internal departments to enhance service delivery and resolve issues. Train and mentor client service representatives to uphold company standards. Monitor performance metrics and create reports on client satisfaction and team efficiency. Identify opportunities for service improvement and process optimization. Requirements Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities . Ability to analyze client needs and develop effective solutions. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
