1 We have an opportunity for an energetic individual to provide excellent phone based service to all customers by assisting with a range of
inquiries and supplying correct information, channeling queries to the relevant area and portraying a professional image as first point of contact. Some of the key responsibilities include:
Ascertaining customers’ needs and working on a ‘One Call Resolution’;
Executing on all team and individual objectives/ targets
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and computer skills
Ability to work well in a team and become a key team player
Ability to find solutions to problems faced
Availability to work weekend rosters
Customer Service experience is essential
Telecommunications experience is an advantage
