Job Description

Description What you will do in this CSM role

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of high-touch, post-implementation customer accounts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for client concerns, goals, and technical needs
  • Understand each customer’s business objectives and align C Spire’s solutions to support them
  • Drive resolution of technical issues by coordinating with internal support teams
  • Track and manage service tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
  • Identify and escalate systemic issues while recommending improvements and innovations
  • Facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer configurations, processes, and service levels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
