Position Responsibilities:
Take calls from customers and schedule appointments for technicians. Develop quotes for repairs. Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Position Requirements:
The ability to work from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm CST. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Able to speak with individuals at all levels. Able to organize and prioritize workload.
