S&S Firestone, Inc. is a trusted leader in providing top-quality products and services to trucking companies and related industries in the Huntsville, AL area. We are currently seeking a OTR Service Coordinator to join our Wholesale Warehouse team. As the OTR Service Coordinator, you’ll help with inventory questions, process orders and cancellations, and make sure deliveries stay on track. You’ll work closely with the customer service team to share updates and solve any issues quickly. You’ll also handle daily payments and make sure everything adds up correctly. If you’re the kind of person who jumps in and makes sure everything flows without a hitch, this role is a great fit! Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Handle customer invoicing and process service and sales work orders. Dispatch and schedule drivers and service technicians based on workload and availability. Manage inventory for commercial tire products and related parts. Interact with customers in-person and over the phone in a professional manner. Maintain a working knowledge of commercial tire brands to assist with sales and service. Monitor and manage open repair and service orders to ensure timely completion. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
We Offer:
Competitive compensation , starting at $22/hr, based on experience Full-time, permanent position, with weekly pay
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7 am – 5 pm (no weekends)

Experience & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or technical training is a plus Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, parts or service coordination (tire, diesel, heavy equipment, farm equipment, earthmoving, OTR or trucking industry preferred) Basic understanding of commercial tire products and services, or willingness to learn Proficient with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office, point-of-sale systems, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver’s license; good standing with no more than 3 violations in 3 years Physically able to lift and move 75-100 pounds. Forklift experience required. Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing work orders and invoices Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and receiving Comfortable handling customer concerns and providing solutions in a professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
