Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Inbound Calls:
Answer questions the customer might have and schedule appointments for a salesperson or technician
Outbound Calls:
Reach out to potential customers to determine their overall interest and eliminate customers who aren?t interested in our services; take appropriate next steps Follow communication ?scripts?
