You will be responsible for overseeing all Front End operations to ensure efficient and courteous customer service, accurate cash handling, and seamless daily operations. This role also involves resolving customer concerns promptly and fostering a positive, service-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

Assures that customer problems are handled quickly, courteously and professionally Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Regularly review product quality Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts, social media ads, door dash and etc.) Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Manages cashiers and cooks to make sure that customers are getting out on a timely basis. Prevents long lines and delayed customer checkouts ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail Proven customer service experience as a manager or training Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff Great communicator, ability to support staff effectively Desire to grow personally/professionally as well as build a successful establishment
