Customer Experience Coordinator The Crack Guys – Affordable Foundation & Home Repair Hartselle, AL 35640 Answer and manage high volume incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies Aim for customer resolution and return Effective time management skills Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience Goal oriented and self starter Quick response turn around for customer issues, researching answers, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner Sharp multi-tasking skills Record, organize and file customer interactions and profile/account changes Detailed data entry into customer database (Sales Force Experience a plus!) Scheduling appointments and processing confirmations Punctual and reliable Positive attitude Team player Ability to adapt quickly to change Thrives in a fast past environment
