Job Description
job summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Detailing Coordinator for our new site in Decatur. The coordinator will serve as a key link between our production, detailing, and customer teams. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery of technical drawings while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers. Eligible for a bonus, profit sharing, medical, dental and vision and relocation. Must not require sponsorship now, or any time in the future.

Decatur, Alabama job type: Permanent salary: $65,000 – 70,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for production regarding detailing and drawing-related questions or issues; ensure prompt and accurate resolution.
Act as a liaison between the detailing team and customers to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and met.
Coordinate with the detailing team to manage drawing schedules and address discrepancies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer engineering teams by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Manage drawing changes by reviewing, implementing, and communicating updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Keep detailed records of drawing changes, shop inquiries, and customer interactions.
Review all drawings for accuracy and completeness before release to the shop or customer, ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.
