What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with the sales team to process and manage customer orders Analyze and resolve customer concerns with urgency and empathy Investigate customer issues, providing timely and accurate follow-ups Offer solutions and product recommendations in a professional, helpful manner Coordinate closely with our art department to manage print file edits and updates Monitor open orders through our order management system to ensure timely completion ?
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and polished phone etiquette Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Fast learner with solid product and process comprehension Previous experience in customer service, sales, or member support preferred Sound judgment and effective decision-making skills Team player with a can-do attitude ????
