Full Job Description Description:

Blake and Pendleton, a large industrial sales company specializing in Compressed air sales and service is currently seeking a motivated Service Coordinator in our Birmingham, AL Branch Office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answer all incoming service calls including customer requests for service and schedule and track technicians to maximize their operating efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain professionalism with customers and technicians at all times. Work close with Accounting Department process vendor and customer orders, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, etc. Dispatch technicians, notify customers, and generate work order documents as needed. Assign technicians to service tickets. Order and receive parts for jobs, replenishment of truck inventories, submit warranty claims and shipping parts. Earn Customer Loyalty by effectively and efficiently managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Interact and communicate with Service Manager to assign/dispatch Field Technicians. Coordinate operations interaction with Parts and Acquisition, as necessary. Generate and interpret various assigned reports. Administrative and additional duties as deemed necessary by management. Work as a collaborative team with Service and Corporate departments Assemble and send service quotes as needed. Maximize growth of Service Revenue Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Three plus (3+) years verifiable experience in administrative support Excel skills as well as proficient in a Windows based environment a must Excellent Customer Service Skills Excellent verbal & written communication skills Detail oriented Able to work independently and as a team player Organized, able to multitask Self-starter in a high paced work environment Work within established procedures and meet deadlines Experience with Compressor or other industrial sales/service is a plus- will train Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
