REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 + years of leadership or management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant Must have worked as a GM for other QSR (AM business experience strongly preferred) Can foresee problems before they occur Excellent leadership skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required Top-notch customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Ability to work at the store level to ensure the Company’s and Brand’s operational standards are met Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task Must submit to a background check Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver’s License required Fluent in English
