General Manager/Client Care Coordinator 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Bentonville, AR 72712 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized General Manager/Client Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between our clients and our services, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a background in medical or dental office environments. The General Manager/Client Care Coordinator is responsible for leading all aspects of the franchise’s operations and staff management. Their primary goal is to ensure the delivery of exceptional client care through a dedicated, skilled, and motivated team of caregivers, ultimately driving sustainable and profitable business growth. The GM/CCC provides strategic leadership and daily operational oversight, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery. They are accountable for the franchise’s financial performance and play a key role in implementing effective sales strategies and client satisfaction programs that yield measurable results. In collaboration with the franchise owner, the GM ensures the successful implementation of CKFI policies, procedures, and initiatives. They foster a positive workplace culture by offering guidance, supervision, and support to all employees, promoting high levels of engagement and job satisfaction. The GM/CCC also works directly with clients to assess care needs, develop appropriate care plans, and continuously monitor and adjust services to meet evolving requirements. They are instrumental in building and maintaining trusting, long-term client relationships throughout the duration of care. Additionally, the General Manager/Client Care Coordinator ensures continuity of care from referral through service delivery, facilitating high-quality in-home care solutions and helping families coordinate necessary resources. The role involves regular collaboration with internal staff, clients, families, healthcare providers, referral sources, insurers, case managers, and other stakeholders. To support business growth, the GM/CCC actively represents the franchise at community events and leads initiatives to promote services and expand the client base. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of business leadership and at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience. Prior leadership in healthcare or home health, with knowledge of quality assurance or risk management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred. Previous General Manager experience and healthcare industry background are advantageous. Strong business development, strategic planning, and financial analysis skills. Proven ability to lead and manage teams, promote collaboration, and identify top talent. Excellent communication, organizational, and coaching abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Windows and sales management; must be able to work independently. Valid driver’s license, insurability, and willingness to work in the field are required. Professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
