Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients; coordinate and manageall order-related communications. Accurately process and track clientorders, ensuring timely and correct delivery of goods. Use MicrosoftExcel for data entry, reporting, and track order status.
Manage daily administrative tasks including order confirmation, issueresolution, and client updates. Always maintain professional etiquetteand clear communication. Collaborate with internal departments tofulfill client needs and resolve any service issues.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, data entry, basicreporting).Minimum 2 years of clerical or customer service experience, preferablyin logistics or order coordination setting but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to work directly with clients.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Self-starters thrive in this position.
