Assistant Service Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the service operations in a dealership setting Manage teams of service advisors and techs Complete production workflow quality Ensuring that customers get scheduled appropriately Let customers know when their vehicle will be ready Develop strong relation with manufacturers and their representatives.
