We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, data entry, and order entry, who possess exceptional problem-solving skills. Job Summary:
As the supervisor of the Customer Care team, you will ensure a positive and seamless customer experience for our clients. You will supervise the team that focuses on supporting all aspects of the sales process – from placing orders to scheduling deliveries of items to resolving any customer service issues.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs Prepare team schedules, approve PTO, provide training, and provide feedback on job performance to team members. Assess customer service issues and develop a plan of action to resolve these issues in a timely manner. Provide clear, concise, and consistent communication to clients as to the proposed resolution of the issue and keep them abreast of progress. Accurately process special and stock orders for a range of products, including furniture, rugs, window treatments, and home accessories, ensuring they are submitted to our trusted manufacturers without error. Diligently review acknowledgments, rectify/ address discrepancies with orders submitted, provide a prompt response to vendors for clarification on orders, update our POS with estimated shipping dates. Create and update stock items, variants, pricing, and lead times in our POS. Facilitate price ticket changes on the sales floor as needed. Effectively manage vendor tools, catalogs, and price lists, and key contacts, ensuring files are well-organized and readily accessible on Google Drive. Ensure data integrity by guaranteeing precision and consistency while entering data for accurate reporting and suggest workflow improvements as needed. Facilitate the timely delivery of furniture to clients by reaching out to them via phone, text message and email. Adhere to the delivery zone schedule to ensure deliveries are made in an efficient manner. Ensure all paperwork is available to the Warehouse team so they can prepare for deliveries in a timely manner. Answer incoming phone calls and route calls accurately.
